HelloFirst, I would like to say that the reason I have chosen I have a different problem or question from the pull-down menu is because this question relates to the efficiency of your banner advertising delivery system. For 2 days now, while checking my email account, the banner ad has been slow to load. As a result, while the rest of the in box page waits for the ad to load, the page is either non-functional or semi-functional. The banner ad that appears to cause this type of screen freeze, or slow loading, is an ad for the job web page known as Monster.com or Monster.ca. However, I do not believe that it is only 1 ad that causes this problem. Although other ads show up, they load slowly. Before I continue, I'd like to point out IN BOLD LETTERING, I HAVE ALREADY DONE THE FOLLOWING TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE. i HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF INTERNET EXPLORER 7. I REGULARLY CLEAN OUT MY CHACHE, COOKIES AND HISTORY TO MAXIMIZE BROWSING PERFORMANCE. The one thing that could be a problem on my end is that I still have a telephone modem connection but that is the only problem at this end that I can see. I have also noticed that it does not matter which version of Windows Live Mail is running, classic or full, the slow ad loading is still present. During peak hours, if you cannot display banner ads efficiently, then allow the rest of the email page to load, the ads can follow and I can get to work. If the company that serves the ads for the page cannot keep up with page view requests, find someone else and do it quickly. I do recommend one company that I do not work for or have any direct connection to, but is able to serve ads at any speed and with great efficiency... Doubleclick. Yes, it is a division of Google but they do a much better job than the company you have chosen. Suck it up an smile! I know it is a competitor but learn to live with it.Thanks

Thank you for writing to Windows Live Hotmail Technical Support with your feedback about the efficiency of our banner advertising delivery system. My name is Eddie and we appreciate your feedback.
I will personally submit this item to the Windows Live Hotmail Product Development Team as a feature request as I see the usefulness of this capability. We appreciate your interest and will consider your suggestion as we plan for future site improvements. Please continue to send us suggestions, and thank you for helping us to provide the most useful experience possible. I will take the responsibility in making sure that your concern will be given the highest priority.
Moving on, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your issue. We have verified that these steps were able to address similar concerns of other Hotmail customers. Although these are general troubleshooting steps and results may vary, you might want to try them in order to determine its effectiveness.
A. The connection to the Internet is inactive or something has temporarily interrupted the connection to the Internet.
Usually, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) encounters difficulty connecting to the Hotmail domain if there is a heavy traffic over the Internet. Transmission of data may not be efficient and could cause the page you are trying to view not to completely load. If you perform anything inside your account when the page information is not loaded properly due to slowness of the connection or browser performance, you then encounter the issue you have described. To help resolve this, I suggest that you refresh your browser by pressing the "F5" key on your keyboard.
B. The Microsoft Internet Explorer settings are not configured to allow for access to the website. Please refer to the link below to optimize Internet Explorer

C. Anti-spyware software or Internet filtering software is preventing access to the Web site on the computer.
